Then, gradually, add the rest of the flour until you make a stiff dough. Knead the dough well and beat it on the kitchen table. We shift the dough into a plastic bag, and put in the refrigerator for 60-120 minutes. Rolling pin, which we will later roll out the dough, also put in the refrigerator.
  • When the specified time has passed, we take out the dough and the rolling pin, roll out the dough, giving it a rectangle shape. The thickness of the layer should be about half a centimeter. Soften the butter evenly spread on two thirds of the layer of dough, departing from the edges of one and a half centimeters. Then we take the layer by one edge and cover it with half of the layer, leaving one part with butter. Then take the part that is smeared, and cover it with the rest of the test.
  • Then we roll this layer along. In width, we will not roll out the dough anymore.
  • We fold the layer three more times and put the dough in the refrigerator for forty minutes. Do not forget to put in the fridge and rolling pin. After a specified time, we again take out the dough, roll it out about eight millimeters thick, fold it again, and put it in the refrigerator again.
  • We must repeat this procedure two more times. The result is 2-3 layers of dough, which means that it will be of good quality. The finished dough can be stored in the freezer, but, best of all, use it immediately after it is cooked.

How to make puff pastry instant cooking?


  1. Flour - 1 tbsp.
  2. Salt - 1 tsp.
  3. Butter - 250 g
  4. Cold water - 8 tbsp. l


Flour thoroughly, preferably several times, sift. Add salt and pieces of cold butter to it. Repeatedly chop all the ingredients, then, covered with foil, put the dough in the refrigerator.   8. Butter for sandwiching - 200 g
  9. Flour for sandwiching - 2 tbsp. l
