  • Sour cream - 500 ml;
  • Bay leaf - 4 pcs.

  1. Peel the russula by removing the color film from the caps. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into large pieces.
  2. Onions cut into cubes or half rings, finely chop the greens, skip the garlic through a press.
  3. In a frying pan with a thick bottom, pour the vegetable oil and put on the fire. When the oil has warmed up, pour onions and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add russula to the onion and fry together for 10 minutes over medium heat. Mushrooms should be roasted.
  5. Last, add salt, pepper and bay leaf. Mix everything and add sour cream.
  6. Simmer the russula in sour cream on low heat for about 10 - 15 minutes.
  7. At the end of stewing add chopped greens and chopped garlic.

  2. In salted water, cook rice until cooked. At this time, peel the vegetables.
