Potato zrazy: a classic recipe
Composition:
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Boiled chicken thighs - 2 pcs.
- Onions - small head
- Vegetable oil
For the sauce:
- Milk - 200 ml
- Wheat flour - 1 tsp.
- Paprika
Cooking:
- Peel potatoes, wash and boil in boiling salted water until ready. Drain the water, crush the potatoes and cool slightly.
- Add egg, flour, mix until smooth.
- Choose from chicken bones. Finely chop the meat.
- Onion peel and chop.
- Mix the chicken meat with onions. Salt it. Cross over.
- From potato dough form circles the size of a coffee saucer. In the center of each place 2 tsp. fillings, pinch edges and form zrazy.
- For the sauce, bring the milk to a boil, add the flour, mix to avoid lumps. Salt, add paprika. When thickened, remove from heat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry zrazy on it.
- Serve hot with homemade sauce or sour cream.
Zrazy with minced meat
Composition:
- Medium potato - 4 pcs.
- Puree Milk - 150 ml
- Milk for the filling - 100 ml
- Onions - 2 heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Stuffing - 400 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- Knorr "Home-made meatballs" - 1 bag
Cooking:
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Boil it until tender.
- Make mashed potatoes - well remember the potatoes and mix with hot milk.
- Finely chop the garlic and onions. Fry them in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the Knorr "Home-made meatballs" seasoning, mince, pour all over with milk and mix well.
- Take mashed potatoes in small portions and make flat cakes.
- In the center of each of the resulting cakes, put a little filling and form a patty.
- Put them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown.
How to cook zrazy with mushrooms?
Composition:
- Potatoes - 750 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l
- Breadcrumbs - 6 tbsp. l
- Ground black pepper -1 pinch
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Filling:
- Champignons - 300 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking:
- Wash the potatoes well, peel, fill with cold water and boil until ready.
- Peel the onions and chop into small cubes.
- Wash champignons, dry and finely dice as well.
- Ready mash hot potatoes, add 1 egg, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Heat 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry on it mushrooms with onions to ruddy 15 minutes. over medium heat.
- Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms, cool the prepared filling.
- Form potato cakes.
- In the center of each lay 1-2 tsp. stuffing.
- Then wrap the potato tortillas tightly, giving them the shape of an oblong patty.
- Next, you need to heat in a pan 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Beat the egg with a fork and prepare the breadcrumbs.
- Dip the zrazy in the egg, then in the crackers and fry over medium heat from 2 sides until golden brown for about 1 minute.
- Serve potato zrazy to the table hot.
