Composition:

  8. Sunflower oil
  9. Parsley

Cooking:

  • Rinse peppers well, cut off the tip of them, gently remove all seeds, rinse and dry again.
  • Next, prepare the stuffing for peppers. To do this, wash my mushrooms, clean and cut into neat plates.
  • Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, boil the rice until half cooked. On a preheated pan, with the addition of vegetable oil, lay out the onion, fry. Then lay carrots and mushrooms in the same place, fry for about 10 minutes.

  • In a separate container, mix tomato paste, water, sour cream and spices. All mix until smooth. Fill the peppers with the prepared mixture so that they are almost hidden under the liquid, and simmer on low heat for about half an hour or 40 minutes.
  • Serve ready peppers with sour cream.
