Before adding onions to the soup, you can fry it a little. Put onion, greens and rice in a pan. After 20 min, add adjika, salt and pepper.
  • Place the tomato paste, minced garlic and bay leaf in the pan. Cover the saucepan with the lid and let the soup simmer for 7 minutes. The finished dish is served hot or cold, dressed with sour cream and decorated with greens.
