  2. In a large bowl, mix the following ingredients: minced meat, rice, egg, starch, salt and pepper, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, breadcrumbs and onion.

  4. In a skillet, fry the meatballs until golden in vegetable oil.
  5. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, leftover soy sauce, and starch.
