  • garlic - 3-4 slices;
  • fresh green beans - 400-500 g;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • vegetable or olive oil - 2-3 tbsp. l

  1. Wash the beans and cut the tips. You can cut each pod in half (across).
  2. Boil water in a saucepan and salt it.
  3. Pour harvested beans there and boil it for 5-7 minutes. At the end, pour water through a colander and pour a glass of cold water on top - this will preserve the color.
  4. While the beans are boiling, enjoy onions and garlic. Finely chop the onion, fry it in vegetable (olive) oil until golden. Squeeze the garlic through the press.
  5. Put boiled beans in the same pan, add spices and possibly more salt, mix. Fry it all for 3 minutes, then cover and turn off the heat. After a couple of minutes you can serve.

  • onion - 1 pc .;
  • walnuts - 50-100 g;
  • vegetable oil;
  • greens (dill, cilantro);
  • garlic - 3-4 slices;
  • wine vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the beans, cut the "tails", boil in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes, drain the water.
  2. In a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions (until golden brown).
  3. Add the beans there, cover and reduce heat. Simmer another 3 minutes. Try, whether it is necessary. If everything is in order, remove from fire.
  4. Crush the peeled walnuts, add them to the pan.
  5. There also fold the finely chopped, washed greens and garlic squeezed through a press.
  6. Sprinkle with vinegar and mix everything.

You can add tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper to lobio by stewing them together with beans, feta cheese (already in the finished dish), apples or pumpkin. Try to create your lobio recipe!
