- Breakfast for students, office workers and for those who are going to have mental activity during the day should include kefir, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit salads, cottage cheese with sour cream, cornflakes with milk, nuts, barley and oatmeal. - And for those who have physical exertion, trips around the city or just a busy day, it is useful to eat a couple of pancakes with honey, a chicken breast and tomato sandwich, vegetable salad, cereal with milk, an omelette with cheese.

Omelet with cheese and greens
Beat 2-3 eggs, pour in 50 ml of milk, salt and pepper. Parsley, dill and a sprig of cilantro finely minced, add to the eggs. Dice a few cherry tomatoes or one medium tomato into omelettes. Heat the pan, add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and pour the omelet there, fry it on both sides.
When you have turned the omelet over on one side, sprinkle with grated cheese on top or put a few cubes. Hold the omelet under the lid until the cheese is melted, then roll the omelet in half, garnish with fresh basil.

Fruit salads with yogurt and kefir
The combination of fruit and yogurt in the morning helps to maintain vigor, lightness and well-being all day. And preparing such salads is very easy: you take 2-3 fresh fruits, cut them into cubes, slices and pour kefir or yogurt, so the most simple salads are prepared. Banana goes well with kiwi, apple with orange, pear and peach. We give a couple of recipes for example.
Fruit salad with cucumber
For this very unusual salad, we will need 1 small cucumber, 1 peach, 2 pears and 100-150 g of strawberries. We wash everything well, clean the cucumber and cut it into slices, give the strawberries to dry and cut it in half, pear and peach cut into cubes. All the ingredients are mixed and pour kefir or yogurt on top.
Fruit salad "Inspiration"
Two large sweet apples cut into cubes, soak prunes for 15 minutes in hot water, wash another 2-3 times. We lay out an apple and prunes in cups. Beat yoghurt with 2 tbsp. ice cream and pour fruit, top add 50 grams of walnuts.

Leave the porridge under the lid for 5 minutes, then lay on a plate and sprinkle with raisins. Instead of sugar, it is better to add a teaspoon of honey to porridge.
A glass of buckwheat, rinse 2 times in warm water. Buckwheat porridge is better to cook in a saucepan with a thick bottom so that it does not burn. Fill a glass of buckwheat with 1.5 glasses of water and set on fire. When the porridge boils, extinguish the fire, put a pinch of salt and cover with a lid. Boil such porridge should be 10-15 minutes, when the croup absorbs all the water, turn off the porridge and allow it to walk for another 5-7 minutes. Boil a glass of rice. Pour the rice in the proportion of 1: 1.5, cook for 10 minutes, turn it off and let it walk for another 10 minutes. Apple peeled, cut into thin slices. Rice mixed with a pack of cottage cheese. You can make a casserole in the oven, or you can in a skillet under the lid.
