Halibut - sea fish, which is a favorite of professional culinary. The reason for this is the high taste qualities of its exquisite white meat. This fish has almost no bones, which makes it especially attractive for baking fillets.

Composition:

  • Halibut fillet - 5 pcs.
  • Tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 tooth.
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Salt and spices - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Grate the halibut fillet with salt, garlic and spices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Line up the foil at the bottom of the pan. Lay the fillet. Slice the tomatoes into thin slices. Peel and chop the onion rings. Put the tomatoes and onions on the fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice again to make the dish more juicy and rich.
  3. Wrap the foil and put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. As a garnish, mashed potatoes or boiled rice are ideal for the finished dish.

Composition:

  • Halibut - 1.5 kg
  • Frozen mushrooms - 300 g
  • Mayonnaise - 200 g
  • Red pepper - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Lemon - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 200 g
  • Salt and spices - to taste
  • Greenery

Cooking:

  1. Clean the fish from the entrails, cut off the head and wash the carcass under running water. Cut the finished fish into portions.
  2. Lay on the baking sheet foil. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt and spices. Dip each piece of fish in the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Cut the pepper into strips, slice the mushrooms, and cut the onion into half rings. Place the chopped vegetables in random order on the halibut. Wrap the foil and place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. The finished dish is served with lemon slices and chopped greens.

Composition:

  • Halibut fillet - 7 pcs.
  • Potatoes - 8 pcs.
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Artichokes - 6 pcs.
  • Dry oregano - 2 tsp.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 5 tbsp. l
  • Lemon - 3 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the fillet into portions. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small slices. Put it in a bowl and pour plenty of lemon juice. In a separate container, mix olive oil, pepper, oregano, salt, lemon juice and a little lemon zest.
  2. Place potatoes for 30 minutes in the oven for baking. While he is baking, prepare the artichokes: cut the leaves and cuttings. Each artichoke cut into 2 parts and boil in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Carefully drain the water, cool and pour them with lemon juice.
  3. Remove the baked potatoes from the oven, place the artichokes and fish on it and pour all the remnants of the olive sauce. Put the pan back in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. The finished dish is laid out on a plate, decorated with lemon slices, chopped greens and served hot.

  1. Clean and rinse the fish. Cut it into portions. Dip each piece well in flour and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until half cooked.
  2. Peel and cut the onion half rings. Put onions and fish on a baking sheet. Fry the flour in a frying pan, add sour cream and wait until the mixture boils. Put salt and spices to taste. Stir the mass so that the flour does not curl up into lumps. Divide the prepared sauce into 2 parts: fill the fish with one and leave the other.
  3. Grate the grated cheese and sprinkle with the fish. Put the baking tray in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Ready halibut is served hot, seasoned with the 2nd part of the sauce and sprinkled with chopped greens.

Composition:

  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 tooth.
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml
  • Sesame oil - 30 ml
  • Olive oil - 30 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soy Sauce - 30 ml
  • Lemon - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the fillet into portions. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil. Put the pieces of fish on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees for half an hour.
  2. Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the zucchini in long strips. Pass the garlic through the press. Chop the onions.
  3. In a pan, fry the carrots, garlic and onion until golden onion. Add the zucchini and fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Put the vegetables in a strainer so that they have a glass of excess oil. Pour the fried vegetables with sesame oil and soy sauce. Salt if necessary.
  5. Remove from the oven baked halibut. Put the vegetables on a plate, put the fish on top. Decorate the finished dish with greens and pour lemon juice.
