Composition:

Cooking:

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. This should be done on medium heat. Then add the garlic and fry. Put the beans there and mix everything thoroughly, then add the chopped canned tomatoes.
  • Bring all ingredients together to a boil and leave to stew for about half an hour, after reducing the heat. Then add the oregano and salt and simmer for twenty minutes over low heat.
  • Eating this dish is possible after the beans are soft and the juice from canned tomatoes is almost completely evaporated.

Stuffed Chop with Green Beans

Composition:

  1. parsley - 1 bunch
  2. onions - 1 pc
  3. pork chops - 4 pcs
  4. melted butter - 2 tbsp.
  5. garlic - 2 cloves
  6. canned, peeled tomatoes - 200 g
  7. rosemary - to taste
  8. cream - 1/8 l
  9. bread
  10. green beans - 0.5 kg
  11. butter - 2 tbsp.
  12. vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  13. salt and pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  • Bread must be soaked in water. Then mix it with half chopped parsley, onion, chopped and fried to a transparent state, and an egg. All this needs salt and pepper.
  • In the chops make pockets, fill them with minced meat and sew. Fry these chops in melted butter.
  • Squeeze the garlic into hot fat, add rosemary, tomatoes and cream. Boil the mixture for ten minutes. Beat the sauce with spices, then heat the chops in it.
  • Ten minutes, boil the beans in salted water. Then drain the water, add the butter and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Bean Pods Cream Soup

  1. meat or bone broth - 350 g
  2. green beans - 100 g
  3. flour - 20 g
  4. butter - 15 g
  5. milk - 100 g (cream can - 75 g)
  6. egg yolk - 1/8 part

Cooking:

  • Select the most beautiful pods of beans, cut them into cubes and boil them separately for a side dish. Such pods will need about 20 g per serving.
  • The remaining beans must be washed and minced. At the same time you should prepare a white sauce. In it, and you need to add beans and cook for about twenty minutes.
  • After the cooking process comes to an end, the soup must be passed through a wiper, brought to a boil, and seasoned with a lotion and pieces of butter. All this should be stirred until a homogeneous mass.
  • Serve the soup should be, adding to it boiled beans.

Salad with green beans and carrots

Composition:

  1. green beans - 200 g
  2. large carrot - 1 pc
  3. apple vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  4. sesame and paprika - to taste
  5. vegetable oil
  6. salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Grate the carrot, add the paprika, vinegar and a little salt. Carefully remember everything by hand. Leave for half an hour.

Goulash with green beans

Composition:

  1. beef - 200 g
  2. lamb - 200 g
  3. pork - 200 g
  4. onion - 4 pcs
  5. vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  6. green beans - 500 g
  7. flour
  8. salt, pepper and parsley - to taste

Cooking:

  • Fry the diced meat in margarine or butter. Then add the finely chopped onion to the meat.
  • When the onions are lightly browned, add some water to the pan and simmer the meat to such an extent that it becomes almost soft.
  • Bean pods must be thoroughly washed, dried and added to the meat. All this must be seasoned with salt and pepper and continue to simmer on low heat until the meat is completely cooked.
  • In the sauce you need to add a little flour for viscosity.
  • Goulash can be served with potatoes, sprinkled with parsley. The proposed number of ingredients is designed for four to five servings.

Green Bean and Ham Salad

Composition:

  1. green beans - 300 g
  2. ham - 150-200 g
  3. cheese - 100-150 g
  4. onions - 1 pc
  5. tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
  6. mayonnaise - 100 g
  7. greens - to taste.

Cooking:

  • Boil green beans and cut them into small pieces. For this salad you can also use canned and frozen beans.
  • Ham must be cut into strips. Make it necessary as beautiful as possible.
  • Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  • Onions and tomatoes need to be finely chopped (in this case, tomatoes can be larger sliced ​​than onions).
  • All this needs to be mixed well and season with mayonnaise. You can decorate the resulting salad with slices of tomatoes and greens.
