Everyone knows how to cook boiled, stewed and fried potatoes, and how can you surprise people with potato dishes? I will give recipes of potato dishes, which can make a variety in the usual menu.

Composition:

  1. a kilo of potatoes,
  2. 800 grams of chicken or pork fillet,
  3. 300-400 gr. mushrooms (fresh or frozen),
  4. a pound of onion,
  5. 600 gr. cheese
  6. 250 gr. mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  • Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thin rings. Meat fillet cut into medium pieces and beat off. Then chop the onion, grate the cheese and cut the mushrooms.
  • Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees. Put potatoes on a greased baking sheet, then a layer of meat, onions, mushrooms, and on top cheese and mayonnaise. Dish set in the oven for an hour and a half. Before serving, you can decorate with greens.

  1. half a kilo of potatoes,
  2. 40 gr. drain oils
  3. 150-200 gr. Suluguni cheese
  4. three eggs,
  5. salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  • This is a pretty simple recipe. Cook potatoes in a uniform, peel and cut into thin circles. Fry in a pan with the addition of butter until golden brown.
  • Let the potatoes cool slightly. Suluguni cut into medium plates, spread on roasted potatoes, cover with a lid and set on low heat to melt the cheese.
  • Eggs in a bowl, beat, add salt and pepper. Pour potatoes with this mixture and bring to the desired state on fire.

  1. 8 potatoes
  2. 6 eggs
  3. 5-6 tomatoes,
  4. 1 onion head,
  5. butter,
  6. scallions
  7. salt to taste

Cooking:

  • Cut potatoes into slices and fry in a pan. Then we cut the tomatoes and fry them with onions in oil.
  • On another frying pan, buttered, place the potatoes on the edges, add slices of roasted tomatoes in the middle, sprinkle with onions on top, pour over with beaten eggs and set in the oven.
  • The dish is served hot and sprinkled with chopped herbs and onions.

Composition:

  1. a kilo of potatoes,
  2. 300-400 gr. beef or pork,
  3. 300 gr. cauliflower
  4. 1 onion head,
  5. 1 carrot,
  6. 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste,
  7. vegetable oil,
  8. salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  • Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and pour water to the level of potatoes. Meat is also cut into cubes, fry a little and spread in potatoes.
  • Broccoli cut not very fine, add grated carrots, diced onion and fry in tomato sauce.
  • Add the mixture to the potatoes with meat, do not forget to salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, and leave to stew over low heat for 40-50 minutes.

Composition:

  1. 4 potatoes
  2. 1 onion,
  3. 300 gr. frozen mushrooms,
  4. 1 clove garlic,
  5. salt, black pepper, bay leaf to taste,
  6. 20 gr. butter.

Cooking:

  • Chop the potatoes into small strips. Put potatoes on a hot pan with butter. Leave to roast.
  • Onions finely chopped and add to roast the potatoes. Mushrooms are taken out of the freezer and also cold in the pan to the potatoes. Lid is not covered.
  • When water is practically evaporated from honey agarics, cover the pan with a lid and leave to stew, stirring occasionally. A couple of minutes before the dish is ready, add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
  • Before serving potatoes with mushrooms, add butter and garnish with herbs.

Baked Potatoes with Shrimps

Baked Potatoes with Shrimps

Composition:

  1. 6 potatoes
  2. 270 gr. 20% cream,
  3. 2 cloves of garlic,
  4. 12 peeled raw shrimp,
  5. butter,
  6. salt and white pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  • Very tasty and at the same time simple dish. Oven preheat to 200 degrees. Potatoes in several places pierced with a fork and bake in the oven for about half an hour.
  • While the potatoes are baking, mix 200 grams in a small bowl. cream with chopped garlic, adding salt with white pepper. Leave the mixture to infuse for 15 minutes.
  • Cold baked potatoes cut in half. Then with a teaspoon, carefully remove the potato pulp, leaving a thin layer of potato around the peel. Make a mashed potato pulp by adding the remaining cream and two or three tablespoons of butter. Also add mashed salt and white pepper to puree.
  • Smear the potato halves with butter and bake them in the oven until the skin is lightly browned. Fill the mashed potatoes with each half of the potato and bake for another ten minutes, until the top of the potatoes are browned. In another saucepan, heat the cream with garlic.
  • Shrimp cut in half lengthwise and add to the hot cream, boiling them over high heat for three minutes, stirring constantly. Then get the shrimp on a plate with a skimmer, remove the cream from the stove, and after two minutes add the shrimp to the sauce again.
  • On each plate, spread out two halves of baked potatoes. Shrimp paste potatoes into halves, fill them with cream and you can serve them to the table!

Potatoes are an indispensable product: it is difficult to imagine Russian cuisine without it. Therefore, any housewife simply must be able to cook a variety of potato dishes!
