Recipe for gooseberry jam with orange
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 900 g
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Rinse the berries with warm water several times. Wash the oranges, peel and divide into slices. Twist the gooseberry and oranges in a meat grinder. Put everything in an enamel bowl and cover it with sugar for 3-4 hours. Then make the jam, remove the froth and set aside for another same time.
