Fish salad with rice

  1. Rice - 100 g
  2. Canned food (tuna, mackerel, pink salmon) - 1 bank
  3. Eggs - 4pcs
  4. Carrots - 1 pc
  5. Mayonnaise - 100 ml
  6. Cheese - 50 g
  7. Onions - 2 pcs
  8. Greens - 1 bunch


  • Boil carrots, peel and rub on a coarse grater. Boil eggs, cool, peel. Separately, rub the yolks and separately whites.
  • Wash rice in cold water 4 times, pour 100g. rice 100ml. cold water and put stew. When the water boils, lightly salt the rice and reduce the heat. Boil rice for 10 minutes and leave under the lid for another 10 minutes. So it will turn out crumbly.
  • Canned slightly mash with a fork or cut into pieces.
  • Onion cut into cubes and fry until golden brown.
  • Three cheese on a fine grater, and chop the greens.
  • Now that everything is prepared for the salad, we begin to lay it out in layers: rice - mayonnaise - egg whites - onions - carrots - canned goods - yolk - mayonnaise - cheese - greens.

Cool the salad a little and you can enjoy its marvelous taste. Try not to keep fish salads for a long time, their taste deteriorates quickly.

Fish salad with rice "Goldfish"

Boil eggs, cool and rub on a coarse grater. Leave the egg circle for decoration. Rub cheese on a fine grater. Boil carrots, cool and cut into thin slices.
  • Put the salad leaves on the dish in the form of fins, put the rice on them, smear it with mayonnaise. Place salmon on top, then cucumber. Smear a little mayonnaise. Put the eggs on top, pour all the cheese. Try to give the salad the shape of a fish.
  • Now you lay out carrots as scales, you make an eye out of an egg, if there are olives, you can make cilia in a fish, make lips from a carrot.
