The guests are already on the doorstep, but you didn’t have time at all to prepare the festive table? No problem! There are lots of quick and tasty recipes that will help you easily get out of this situation.

Festive table in a hurry: rolls of salmon

Composition:

  • Salmon - 400 g
  • Tartar Sauce - 80 g
  • Mak - 4 tbsp.
  • Cucumber - 1 shi.
  • Lemon and greens - for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
  2. Grease each slice with sauce on one side, put a slice of cucumber on top.
  3. Roll up the fish with a roll, dip both edges of the poppy or sesame and place on the plate.
  4. Garnish with greens and lemon slices.

Fish fillet with vegetables

Composition:

  • Fish fillet - 600 g
  • Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.
  • Broccoli (frozen) - 100 g
  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • String beans - 100 g
  • Greens to taste
  • Lemon - ½ pcs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Cut the fillet into portions, put in foil and make the sides.
  2. Salt and pepper the fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Place broccoli, beans and cauliflower on top of the fish. Pour the mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Put the dish in the oven for half an hour. Bake at 220 degrees. Serve the fish hot, sprinkled with chopped greens.

Hot sandwiches

Hot sandwiches

Composition:

  • Ham - 100 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Feta or cheese - 100 g
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Greens to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baton - 1 pc.
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the ham into small pieces.
  2. Grate the hard cheese and cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the seeds and cut them into small cubes.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a separate bowl and mix.
  5. Salt and pepper.

The resulting mixture is applied to pieces of loaf. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.

Serve the sandwiches hot, garnished with fresh herbs and cucumber.

Composition:

  • Chicken - 1 pc.
  • Tangerines - 10 pcs.
  • Salt, red and black pepper - to taste
  • Hops-suneli - to taste
  • Garlic - 4 goal.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the chicken under running water. Rub the carcass with spices and leave to soak for 3-4 hours.
  2. Wash the mandarins and cut with the skins into halves. Divide the garlic heads into halves (do not peel too).
  3. Stuff the chicken with garlic and mandarin. Put it on a baking tray. Cover the bird with the remaining mandarin and garlic.
  4. Pour some water into the baking tray and place in the oven for baking. Bake at 270 degrees for 20 minutes. Leave for another 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
  5. Serve the cooked dish hot.

Meat with Saffron Sauce

Meat with Saffron Sauce

Composition:

  • Pork - 0.5 kg
  • Vegetable oil - 7 tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ground saffron - 3 tsp.
  • Onions - 3 pcs.
  • Cream - 700 ml

Cooking:

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry it in vegetable oil with saffron until golden brown. Add cream to onions and bring the sauce to a boil. Turn off the stove and salt the sauce to taste.
  2. Cut the meat into portions. If necessary, beat off with a hammer. Salt and pepper. Fry on both sides until cooked.
  3. Put the meat on a plate and pour the sauce over the top. The finished dish can be decorated with greens before serving.

Composition:

  • Red cabbage - 300 g
  • Green Cabbage - 400 g
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Leek - 1 pc.
  • Dried apricots - 80 g
  • Dates, dried cranberries and cherries - 50 g each
  • Greek yogurt - 200 ml
  • Orange Peel - 50 g
  • Orange Juice - 50 ml
  • Curry - 1 tsp.
  • Basil - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop red and green cabbage. To make it faster, do it in a food processor.
  2. Grate carrots on a medium grater, cut leek into thin rings, finely chop dates, cherries, cranberries and dried apricots. Add the ingredients to the bowl of cabbage.
  3. Prepare the sauce: Mix yogurt, grated orange zest, orange juice, curry, basil, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Pour salad dressing and mix.

  • Canned corn - 1 b.
  • Celery - 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.
  • Sour cream - 5 tbsp.
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice - 3 tsp.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green salad - ½ pcs.
  • White crab meat - 400 g
  • Boiled shrimps - 300 g
  • Dill and lemon - for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Drain the jars of corn juice. Put it in a large bowl. Cut the celery into small pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, sour cream, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and dill. Mix everything.
  3. In a bowl of corn, add shrimp, crabmeat and chopped lettuce. Season salad dressing, garnish with lemon and serve.

Composition:

  • 33% cream - 150 ml
  • Condensed milk - 100 g
  • Sugar powder - 200 g
  • Hazelnuts - 70 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 15 g
  • Butter

Cooking:

  1. Cut the hazelnuts in half. Form for curing grease with butter.
  2. Pour the cream into the pan, add condensed milk, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Mix well. Put on a slow fire. Bring mass to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil until cooked. You can determine the readiness like this: put a little syrup in a bowl with cold water and roll the ball. If the ball has turned out elastic and does not stick to hands, the fudge is ready.
  3. Add hazelnuts to cooked fudge. Stir and shake again. Put the fudge in the fridge until frozen. Ready dessert cut into portions and serve to the table.

Composition:

  • Puff pastry - 500 g
  • Plums - 5 pcs.
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Honey - 6 tsp.
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon - 1 chips.

Cooking:

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Roll out the dough and cut out the circles, with a diameter of 10 cm. Raise the sides of each circle slightly. Grease a tartlet with honey.
  2. Cut the plums in half, remove the bones. Divide into quarters and place on top of the honey.
  3. Smear tartlets with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Put the tartlets in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Ready dessert can be served to the festive table.
