Buy pre-frozen pink salmon, it is better to choose an average flat fish. The day before the holiday, put it in a saucepan, defrost. In the evening, when it is thawed, rinse well with water. Then cut into 2–3 cm pieces, wash the fish well again. Now put the fish in a container and leave in the refrigerator.
Take out the fish just before cooking and make marinade. Two tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little black pepper, finely chopped 3-4 lemon slices. Well dipped the fish in the marinade and hold for 15-20 minutes while the oven is heated. I bake fish either in a griddle or on a wire rack. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, put the fish. From above you can put a little onion, cut into rings, olives, just do not try to pile on everything and more, so the fish will not roast well. Sprinkle with grated cheese. To make the fish juicy and soft, pour 3-4 tablespoons of water into the pan. And send pink salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Try not to overdo the fish, better turn off the oven, let the fish come. Then you can decorate the fish with parsley, lime slices. And you can add a little soy sauce when you eat fish.
A very delicate snack that melts in your mouth and is prepared quickly and easily. We take 5-7 small oblong tomatoes, wash well and dry on a towel. Then cut them crosswise and carefully take out the middle part in a separate plate. The filling can be prepared different. For the first portion, take 2-3 boiled eggs, rub them on a fine grater. Then 2 processed cheese or 100g. hard cheese, and also grate on a fine grater. And add some walnuts, they are either finely cut with a knife or grated. Now mix everything with mayonnaise.
For the second portion, we take 3-4 tomato cores, chop them in a blender or chop finely. Add 3 tbsp. cottage cheese and 2 tbsp. sour cream, mix everything, add the herbs and ground black pepper.
Laying the filling with a teaspoon, try to do everything carefully so as not to damage the tomatoes. And then beautifully put your "tulips" on the dish, make the stems from green onions, add the parsley leaves and tie a bouquet with a beautiful ribbon. So on your desk will appear real spring bouquet.
So amazing sunny salad will delight the table and its design and its taste. To cook it, take 300g. squid, defrost. Then wash the carcass, remove the insides, remove the film from the squid and boil for 2 minutes from the moment of boiling. Try to remove the squid in time, otherwise they will become rubber. Drain, cool the squid and cut into rings, top with a little salt and pepper. Boil 3 eggs, then cut into cubes and eggs and two fresh cucumbers. Squids, eggs, cucumbers and a jar of green peas, season with mayonnaise and mix well. Now put everything on a plate, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Crumble a lot of greens and sprinkle the whole salad, make chamomiles from eggs, you can put corn, boiled carrot circles or green peas in the middle. And refrigerate the salad for an hour in the fridge.
Often you want to eat something sweet, and shopping desserts pall, and then you will rescue the recipe for this light cake. In order not to bother with the dough buy a regular biscuit, we need 300g. Three tablespoons of gelatin pour 500 ml of warm water and leave to swell. A 400g. sour cream whisk with 5 tbsp. sugar to a homogeneous air mass. After 30 minutes, heat the gelatin until completely dissolved, but do not boil. When it cools to room temperature, enter a thin stream of sour cream, stirring constantly.
Cover the deep dishes with cling film, put the cut fruits and berries (kiwi, banana, strawberries, cherries) on the bottom. Then a layer of broken biscuit, again a fruit and berry layer, and then another biscuit. Fill everything with a mixture of gelatin and sour cream and put in the fridge for 2 hours. And then we get a cake and gently turn it over on a flat plate - the dessert is ready.
