  1. Cherries - 700 g
  2. Eggs - 1 pc.

  • First you need to knead the dough. Pour flour into a deep bowl, add salt and mix. Form a hill from a dry mixture, make a recess in it and break an egg into it. Add water and mix thoroughly. The dough should turn out soft, not tight and stick to your hands a little. Leave the dough for half an hour to fit.
  • While the dough fits, prepare the filling for the dumplings. Wash the cherries, remove the bones from it using a special device. You can add lemon juice to the cherry.
  • Take the finished dough, cut a small piece, roll it into a long flagellum and cut into equal parts. Roll each piece in flour, roll it into a small circle (but not too thin).
  • Place a filling in the center of each circle - 3 to 5 cherries. Sprinkle the cherries with sugar, wrap the dough, joining the edges and pinching them with your fingers.
  • Grease the steamer with butter and spread out the dumplings. Pour water into the bowl of the multicooker, turn on the "Steaming" mode, set the container and cook the dumplings for 20 minutes.
  • Ready-made cherry dumplings can be served with sour cream or butter.

  7. Soda - ½ ch.l.

Cooking:

Composition:

  1. Serum or kefir - 1 tbsp.
  2. Flour - 4 tbsp.
  3. Soda - 1 tsp.
  4. Cabbage - ½ pcs.
  5. Onions - 3 pcs.
  6. Carrots - 1 pc.
  7. Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Vegetable oil

Cooking:

  • Peel all the vegetables. Chop the cabbage finely, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into small cubes.
  • Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker, put the chopped vegetables, salt, pepper and fry the vegetables in the "Baking" mode. Add tomato paste, diluted in water to the ready vegetables, turn on the "Quenching" mode and cook the filling for 20 minutes.
  • Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add soda, salt and mix everything. Pour in the whey or kefir, knead the dough. Add flour if necessary.
  • Knead the dough until it becomes elastic. It should not stick to hands and bowl. Put the finished dough in a plastic bag and send to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough into a layer, cut out the cups with a glass. Put on each circle cabbage filling and blind dumplings.
  • Pour water into the multicooker bowl, place the dumplings on the grid container. Set the grid, turn on the mode "Soup" or "Cooking" and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • While the dumplings are being cooked, make an onion roast. Serve prepared dumplings with cabbage with onion roasting.
