  • 2 eggs;
  • 200 grams of sugar;
  • 100 g margarine (can be replaced with unsalted butter);
  • 500 g of flour;
  • 10 g baking powder for dough;
  • 80 ml of milk (any fat content).

Cooking:

  1. Soften the margarine by simply taking it out of the fridge and holding it at room temperature for a while. As soon as it becomes soft and supple, rub it with sugar into fine crumb.
  2. Hammer 1 egg into the resulting mass, add milk and baking powder. Whisk the mixture well.
  3. Gradually add 400 g of flour to the mixture, leave the remaining 100 g to the kneading.
  4. Roll the dough into the formation of not more than 8 mm thick. Form the dough from the dough.
  5. Grease a baking tray well with butter, coat the top of the breadcrumbs with a beaten egg so that they will brown beautifully, and send them to the preheated oven.
  6. Bake at 2000 WITH.

  • 1 egg;
  • 100 ml of milk (preferred fat content 3.5%);

  • 0.5 tsp. soda, extinguished with vinegar.

Cooking:

  1. Mash the softened butter with the sugar so that a fine crumb is obtained.
  2. Separately, beat the egg (use a whisk), add milk to it, mix thoroughly and pour it to the oil rubbed with sand.
  3. All again mix thoroughly until smooth.
  4. In the mixture, add soda, slaked with vinegar.
  5. Add flour gradually. It is desirable to sift it through a sieve - then the breadcrumbs will be more airy and tender.
  6. Knead the dough (do not knead it for a long time: baking will be hard and will not rise well).
  7. Roll the dough into a layer; the ideal thickness of which should not exceed 7 mm.
  8. Form the biscuits in the form of a circle or any other shape.
  9. Grease the top of the semi-finished baking with a beaten egg and send to the preheated oven.
  10. Baking temperature 1800-2000 WITH.
  11. At this temperature, baking is ready in 15 minutes. But still watch it yourself, and as soon as the top of the cones becomes a nice golden color, immediately remove them from the oven.

Cooking:

  1. To the soft, but not melted butter, add sugar. Stir vigorously to a fine crumb.
  2. Add the egg to the mass, mix well, then send sour cream into it and mix again.
  3. If the mass becomes homogeneous, add soda.
  4. Add flour gradually (it is advisable to sift it through a sieve, especially if there are lumps in the flour itself), kneading the dough gently.
  5. Knead the dough for a short time. Otherwise, it will be too sticky, and baking will be tough.
  6. Roll the dough into the formation of not more than 1 cm thick, otherwise it will not be baked. Make figures out of dough.
  7. Cookies are prepared from 15 minutes to half an hour. It depends on their thickness and temperature in the oven (you can bake as at 1800 C so at 2000 WITH).
  8. Remove the crusts when their top is lightly browned.

  2. Soft butter rub with a sugar in a crumb.
  3. Add the egg, mix well.
  4. Add the milk to the mass and mix again.
  5. Then add soda (do not forget to extinguish it with vinegar) and flour. It is desirable to sift the flour - from this baking will be tender and lush.
  6. Knead the dough by hand.
  7. Roll out the finished dough into a layer (no more than 1 cm thick) and form a crust. Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the top of the baking dish.
  8. Bake in the oven at a maximum temperature not higher than 2000 WITH.
  9. As soon as the pastry gets a light, golden hue, get it out of the oven.
