Tasty and hearty meal is prepared in minutes and does not require special preparations. All that is needed is a pack of cottage cheese, a couple of eggs, sugar and flour. Moreover, the dairy product can be taken any. Of course, it is better to use a soft mass. But donuts will not lose their taste if the main product is granular. At the worst, cottage cheese can always be made smaller using a sieve or a blender.

  2. Mix flour in small portions to the total mass and mix well.

  4. In a multicooker container, pour a sufficient amount of oil (a little more than half a glass) and heat it in the "frying" or "baking" mode.
  5. Donuts are dipped in a prepared bowl and fried until golden brown.

  1. Eggs and cottage cheese are mixed in a bowl with salt and soda.
