Composition:

  • Prunes - 0.5 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. Bought soft prunes Rinse thoroughly several times in cool water.
  2. Cook a small saucepan. Add sugar and fill it with a liter of hot (boiled) water.
  3. Mix sugar well in water, add prunes.
  4. Turn on the fire and simmer compote over low heat. After boiling, make the fire quieter.
  5. Boil compote after boiling for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure the prunes are soft.
  6. Remove pan from heat. Cool compote.
  7. Drink freshly prepared, lukewarm, but not hot!
