Cooking:

  1. Cod wash, dry and cut into portions.
  2. Chop the tomatoes in a blender until mashed.
  3. Peel the onion, finely chop it. Turn on the "baking" multicooker mode, pour olive oil and vinegar, fry the onions until golden brown.
  4. Prune and rosemary finely chop.

  1. For frying, you can use both chilled and frozen fish. The last one needs to be completely defrosted. Clean cod, remove offal and fins, rinse and dry. Cut the fish into equal pieces.
  2. In a separate deep bowl, break the eggs, beat them until the white foam. In another bowl, pour out the flour, add salt, pepper, marjoram and mix everything well.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker, set the mode "Baking" or "Frying". Wait a couple of minutes for the oil to warm up.
  4. After each piece of fish dip in the egg from all sides, then roll in flour.
  5. Place the fish in a slow cooker and fry until done (about 15 - 20 minutes on each side).

  • Hard cheese - 200 g

  • Lemon - ½ pcs.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Provencal herbs - 2 tsp.

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters. Salt, pepper and mix with dry garlic and dill.
  2. In a slow cooker, pour the required amount of water for the "Steam" mode.
  3. Cod wash, dry and cut into portions. Salt and rub each piece of fish with Provencal herbs.
  4. Don't forget to put lemon slices on the fish. Wrap it in foil.
  5. Place the potatoes in the steaming container, top with the fish in the foil, set the "Steaming" multicooker mode and cook about 30 - 40 minutes.
  6. When serving, sprinkle potatoes with olive oil.
