In particular, chicken legs in the oven have long since become a good tradition for most families - with potatoes, mushrooms or more exotic additives: they will interest even the most demanding gourmet.
Spicy chicken legs with potatoes in the oven: a classic recipe
The most traditional recipe for baked chicken legs, definitely existing in the cookbook of every hostess, is a potato-based recipe. The combination of starchy vegetables and protein - a guarantee of a satisfying tandem. Dilute them with other vegetables or just add greens - you decide. The classic version implies the presence of fresh herbs - dill and onion, sour cream as a fill, as well as spices that are rubbed with chicken. - Young potatoes - 7-8 pcs.
- Russian cheese - 30 g
- Garlic cloves - 3 pcs.

- Sour cream 33% fat - 300 ml
- Dill - 1 bunch

- Chicken legs are washed and laid out on a colander until the complete elimination of moisture. At the same time, the potatoes are peeled, cut into quarters or thick bars, salted and placed on a paper towel.
- The cheese is passed through the shallow side of the grater, the garlic is squeezed through a press, and these ingredients are mixed into the cream with zira and cardamom, after which they are whipped with a whisk or mixer.
- In a deep frying pan, the oil is heated, into which the pod of hot pepper is thrown. It is necessary to fry for 2-3 minutes, then remove and grind to mix in sour cream sauce.

- Soft cheese - 400 g
- Tomato paste - 120 g
- Walnut - 5-6 pieces.
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Apples small sour - 4 pcs.
- White cabbage - ½ pcs.
- Sheet lettuce - bunch
- Lemon (juice) - ½ pcs.
- While the meat is soaked in cold water, apples and zucchini are peeled, cut into thick circles, laid out on a wire rack or baking sheet, which is placed on the upper level in an oven warmed to 200 degrees. The "grill" mode is selected, after which the timer is set for 15 minutes.

- Cheese curd - 135 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.

- Chicken meat is soaked in water for 50-60 minutes, after which it is transferred to another container filled with wine. If you cook for children, you can replace the wine with pomegranate or cherry juice. Marinating recommended not less than 1.5-2 hours, so that the meat is completely soaked.
- The cheese is whipped in a blender, gradually the juice is poured into it from a jar of canned pineapples, sesame and ground ginger are poured. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, it is removed in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
