  • broccoli - about 200 g;

  1. Boil water in a small saucepan. While it is heated, take up vegetables.

  3. In the oil of your choice, fry the onion until golden, and finely chop it and the carrots grated on a coarse grater. Pour into a saucepan.
  4. Cut ham (bacon) into small cubes (slices) and place in soup.
