  1. Canned Beans - 400 ml
  2. Cream - 120 ml
  3. Tomatoes - 100 g
  4. Salad leaves - 200 g
  5. Olives - 1/2 b. (optional)
  6. Onion - 1 head
  7. Lemon - 1 pc. (for juice)
  8. Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Salt - to taste

Cooking:

  • Choose the beans in the tin can. Let the sauce drain.
  • Then make mashed beans. To do this, you can crush it with a crush or beat it in a blender.
  • Stir bean puree with cream. Add lemon juice. Salt and pepper to your own taste.
  • Wash lettuce and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into slices or slices.
  • Peel and chop the onion.
  • Mix chopped onion with pepper, olive oil, salt and lemon juice. This is a salad dressing.
  • Spread bean puree on lettuce leaves. Put the tomatoes on top, pour some lemon juice on it. Optionally, you can add olives.

  9. Pepper to taste

Cooking:
