This festive salad has a fresh taste, colorful design and a lot of useful vitamins.

Salad composition:

  1. Squids - 350-400 g
  2. Peking cabbage - 300 g
  3. Tomatoes - 3 pcs
  4. Cucumbers - 2 pcs
  5. Pomegranate - 1pcs
  6. Olive oil - 2 tsp.
  7. Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  8. Salt
  9. Spice

Salad preparation method

  • Defrost carcasses of squid, rinse several times with warm water. Remove the insides, cartilaginous plates, clean the film. Boil the water, salt it and dip the squid for 30 seconds. Squids are important not to digest, otherwise they will become rubber.
  • Then cut squids and cucumbers into thin strips, take out the core from the tomato and cut into several slices.
  • Peking cabbage, rinse well on a leaf, finely chop. To prevent cabbage from being fresh, put it in a salad bowl, remember with your hands, add Provencal herbs or any other spices, add salt, add olive oil and lemon juice. Now the cabbage should soak for 10 minutes. After that add all ingredients to Chinese cabbage and mix lightly. Decorate the salad with dill and pomegranate seeds.
