Cake with strawberries - recipes for sweet teeth

  • Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk separately. Add sugar and vanilla to yolks, then softened butter. Sift flour and starch 2-3 times, add to the yolks, stir. Now carefully introduce proteins. We warm the oven and form. At the bottom of the form put the oiled paper. We bake the biscuit at a temperature of 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes. It is very important that there are no drafts when you bake a biscuit, and also do not rush to remove it from the mold, let it cool slightly. Then cut it into two parts. The bottom cake can be soaked with hot fruit or boiled water diluted with jam. A tablespoon of water on the cake a little, better soak the edges.
  • Rinse the strawberries, lay down on a sieve so that it dries, tear off the tails. Part of the strawberries leave on the decoration, and the other part mixed with 2 tbsp. sugar and boil until the jam boils.
  • Mix cream with 2 tbsp. sugar, add a little vanilla.
  • Lower the cake a little cream with cream, then lay out the cooled strawberry jam. Cover with the second cake. From all sides we spread cream biscuit and decorate with strawberries.

  • This cake is made from small cakes: to cook them, beat fresh cold eggs with a pinch of salt until a lush foam is formed. First, whip at low speed, then increase to maximum. Beat up 4-5 minutes.
  • Now, sift the flour and baking powder and gradually add to the dough. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps.
  • Heat the oven to 170 degrees, warm the baking sheet, sprinkle it lightly with flour. Spread dough on a baking tray to make flat cakes. They bake quickly, 6-7 minutes, so see that they do not burn. When the dough is over, you can start cooking the cream.
  • Whip cream with sugar, add 100 g of fresh strawberries. Beat the whole blender until you get a homogeneous strawberry mass.
  • Now lining a round salad bowl with cling film with a plastic wrap, fold it into layers of scones and strawberry cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Leave a piece of cream to grease the cake on top.
  • In the morning, gently turn the salad bowl on a flat dish. Coat the top with cream. Rinse strawberries, dry and cut into slices. Creatively decorate the cake with berries and fresh leaves.
