Broccoli in cream sauce

  1. Broccoli - 500 g

  1. Broccoli - 1 pack
  2. Cauliflower - 1 pack
  3. Cream - 50 ml
  4. Butter - 50 g
  5. Melted cheese - 2 tbsp.
  6. Flour - 1 tbsp.
  7. Large pasta - not very much
  8. Spice salt


  • Divide cauliflower and broccoli into florets, boil together in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Boil pasta until cooked. In a separate saucepan make sauce. To do this, drown butter in it, add flour and quickly mix everything, add cream.
  • When the sauce begins to thicken, and it happens very quickly, add cheese to it, mix everything up and turn off the gas, add spices.
  • We rinse the pasta, put it in a baking dish, lay out the cabbage on top, pour the sauce over everything, and put it in a well-heated oven for 6-8 minutes, until a crust forms. The finished dish is decorated with fresh herbs.

  1. Broccoli - 400 g

  3. Garlic - 1 clove
  4. Vegetable broth - 1.5 St
  5. Milk - ½ cent

  8. Butter - 4 tsp.

  4. Garlic - 2 cloves
  5. Soy sauce
  6. Butter - 60 g
  7. Paprika
  8. Flour - 2 tsp.
  9. Cream 33% - 250 ml
  10. Cheese - 100 g
  11. Dried garlic, salt


  • Disassemble cauliflower and broccoli into florets and boil in salted water, and broccoli boil for about 2 minutes, and cauliflower - for about 4 minutes. Boil eggs.
