A blender is certainly a handy thing on the farm, but often it gets down on the shelves unjustly and gets only in rare cases. Therefore, it is very useful to have some useful blender recipes.

Milk-Banana Cocktail

It is prepared quite simply: for this, take three ripe bananas and chop them for half a minute in a blender, then add half a liter of milk, a few spoons of vanilla ice cream and a little vanilla sugar. Mix again in a blender for one minute.

Berry yoghurt

For it you will need: a guest of any berries, kefir - 1 cup, one third of a cup of medium-fat cream, two tables. spoons of jam or syrup, powdered sugar - 2 table. spoons.

Put the berries in a blender, add syrup and powdered sugar. Puree, beat for 40-50 seconds. Then add kefir and cream and beat for a minute. After which the cocktail can be consumed.

Pepper Omelet

Ingredients: butter - 50 g, 3 eggs, sweet pepper - 1 piece, sheep cheese - 100 gr.

Pepper seeds and core, cut and chop with a blender for a minute. Then mix the eggs with chopped cheese and soft butter, and beat again with a blender for 1 minute. Then add pepper to the whole mass and beat another half minute. Now, this whole mixture can be baked in a pan, like any omelette.

Curd cake

Ingredients: cottage cheese - 200 g, butter - 30 g, two eggs, half a cup of flour, sugar - 1 table. spoon, sour cream - 1 cup, soda - on the tip of a knife.

Cooking - mix everything up, beat in a blender for about 5 minutes, and then pile the cakes from the resulting mass and fry them in a pan in sunflower oil.

Mushroom caviar

Components: dried mushrooms - 6-7 pieces, one small onion, vegetable oil - 2 table. spoons, vinegar - 1 table. spoon, salt to taste.

Place the mushrooms in water and leave for a couple of hours, then rinse them thoroughly, boil and cut into small pieces. Onion cut into rings and simmer a little in vegetable oil. Mix onions and mushrooms, chop them in a blender for 3-4 minutes. After that, add vinegar and salt, and beat another half-minute.

Squash caviar

Components: zucchini pulp - 150 g, tomato - 1 piece, 1 small onion, garlic - a couple of cloves, vegetable oil - 1 table. Spoon, salt, greens and pepper to taste.

Preparation: cut the zucchini flesh, onion, tomato into small pieces, fry the vegetables in a frying pan over low heat until they are soft. Then remove them from the heat and allow to cool slightly. In this mixture, add salt, pepper, herbs and chopped garlic. Grind all this in a blender for 5-6 minutes, every 1.5 minutes as it should, stirring the mass.

Shrimp pate for sandwiches

You will need: peeled shrimp - 100 gr, mayonnaise - 2-3 table. spoons, one egg, canned corn - 2 table. spoons, salt. Boil an egg hard-boiled, let it cool, then cut it into 5-6 pieces. Place all products in a blender and beat for no more than 5 minutes.

Mackerel puree

You will need: smoked mackerel - 150 gr, melted cheese - 100 gr, carrots - one piece. Peel and boil the carrots, then cut into slices. Remove the skin and bones from the mackerel, then cut into thin slices. Cheese also cut into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in a separate bowl and chop with a blender for about 5 minutes, but stop every minute and mix the mass.

Chicken liver pate

Ingredients: chicken liver - 200 grams, carrots - 1 piece, 1 small onion, butter - 50 grams, salt and pepper.

First boil the liver for about 10 minutes, then cut it into pieces, while it is still warm and leave to stew in butter for 10 minutes over low heat, so that the liver is soft. In the blender container, place the liver, chopped onion with carrots, add a few spoons of liver broth, add salt and pepper to taste. Grind all this with a blender for about 5-6 minutes. If the pate is very thick, you can add a few more spoons of broth.

Pea cream soup

You will need: water - 2 glasses, peas - 2 table. spoon, half a small onion, 1 small carrot, flour - 1 tsp. spoon, vegetable oil - 1 table. spoon, sprig of parsley and dill, pepper and salt to taste.

Put the peas in water for a few hours, then drain the water, fill it with two glasses of water and put to boil for 1.5-2 hours. Then finely chop the carrots, onions, dill and parsley, sprinkle with flour and fry in butter. Mix peas with roasted vegetables, then beat together in a blender for 5 minutes. Dilute the mixture with boiled water until it becomes the desired thickness, add pepper and salt, blend with a blender for one minute and heat before eating.

Mashed Potato Soup

Ingredients: potatoes - 2 pieces, broth - half a liter, leek - 1 stalk, small celery root, milk - 1, 5 cups, cream - 2 tables. spoons, yogurt - half a cup, chopped green onions and dill - 1 table. spoon, salt and pepper to taste.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into several small pieces, chop the onions and celery into large pieces, pour all the components with broth and boil until softened. Then drain the broth, chop the vegetables in a blender for a few minutes. After that add there milk, cream, salt, pepper, then beat for another half a minute. Add all this to the broth from under the potatoes, bring to a boil and cool. Then beat the yogurt in the blender for half a minute, add the greens to it and pour in the chilled soup.

A blender is an indispensable assistant in the household and any housewife should have it, because it greatly speeds up the process of cooking and makes the taste of the dish more tender and refined. Do not forget that before chopping food should be cut into small pieces, otherwise it can spoil your blender.
