Radish-based salads are always excellent sources of a huge amount of vitamins, so necessary for the body at any time. Combined with vegetables or fruits, they become ideal helpers in strengthening immunity and all internal systems. Moreover, such salads do not necessarily have to be characteristic of black radish bitterness: with a certain recipe, even children will like them.
Black Radish Salad with Carrots: Recipe and Tips
The most common "companion" in black radish salads is, of course, carrots. Even without adding the rest of the ingredients, dressed with sour cream, these products make it possible to enjoy an interesting taste and a huge portion of vitamins. But so that such a salad does not seem too mundane, it can be varied - mushrooms, apples, nuts, avocados: the radish is interesting to “sound” even in tandem with a pear, therefore almost any experiments are allowed here. For example, for a holiday table you can combine black radish, carrots and prunes.
