Candy Bird's Milk at Home
- eggs - 6 pieces,
- sugar - 1 tbsp.,
- butter - 150 g,
- flour - 0.5 tbsp.,
- gelatin - 30 g,
- milk - 0.5 tbsp.
- First of all, it is necessary to separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Then rub the yolks with sugar in the amount of half a cup, flour and vanilla. All this must be diluted with milk and put in a water bath. The mass should be brought to a boil, then allow to cool slightly. In the mass put the required amount of oil and beat everything with a mixer. So we got an oily cream.
- Then in two-thirds cup of water we soak gelatin for forty minutes. After bring it to a boil and cool to room temperature. While the gelatin is being prepared, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar, which have recently been separated from the yolks. The result of whipping should be a thick foam. For whipping it is better to use chilled proteins, and this procedure should be carried out in chilled dishes. This will help improve the quality of whipping. While beating in proteins, you can add a little citric acid. This will add some specificity to the taste of the dessert. In the resulting foam, you must quickly pour the gelatin and mix thoroughly.
Now it is necessary to mix the result of beating with the previously obtained butter cream. In the end, you get a delicious, tender and delicious soufflé. It can be used both as a standalone product and as a layer to the cake. In any case, very tasty!
After the dough and souffle is ready, you need to prepare the icing. To do this, mix vanilla, cocoa sugar and sour cream, put the mixture on a slow fire, add the butter, stirring constantly. At the slightest sign of boiling glaze, it must be removed from heat and left to cool.
To make a tasty and tender cake from these three parts, you should put a little souffle on the cooled cake. Then, after the souffle has cooled slightly, put the next layer. Pour the finished cake with icing and decorate, for example, with nuts.
The cake is ready, you can invite guests and serve it with tea or coffee. Good appetite!
