  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil in cakes + for frying;
  • salt;
  • greenery.

Cooking:

  2. Avocados replace vegetables in mayonnaise. To do this, it is cleaned and kneaded thoroughly with a fork. If the fruit is not very ripe and harsh, you will have to load it into a blender - for uniformity.
  3. Mix the ground avocado with mayonnaise. The calorie content of this dish will be slightly higher than the previous ones due to the fat content of avocado fruits. However, it will be no less tasty. And the green color of these fruits will make the liver cake even more interesting and unusual.

Ingredients:

For minced meat:

  • 0.5 kg of chicken liver;
  • 1 egg;
  • 0.5 tbsp. flour;
  • 0.5 tbsp. sour cream.

Vegetable stuffing:

  • 1 medium zucchini;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 small carrots;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt.

Curd filling:

  • 0.3 kg of cottage cheese of any fat content;
  • 100 g of mayonnaise;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • greenery.

Cooking:

  1. Twist chicken livers for mince.
  2. Put the egg, salt.
  3. Send in sour cream and flour. Mix everything vigorously (you can use a whisk). It should turn out semi-liquid dough. From the resulting dough, bake liver cakes in a small diameter frying pan.
  4. Cooking vegetable stuffing. Carrots and zucchini should be individually grated on a grater. Grated zucchini, if possible, squeeze out excess liquid. Onion cut.
  5. Fry all the vegetables together.
  6. Mix the components for the curd filling. Now proceed to the assembly.
  7. We divide both types of toppings by the number of liver cakes obtained. For each baked liver cake, we put first the curd filling, and then the vegetable.
  8. We coat the finished liver cake with the remaining curd-mayonnaise cream. Decorate with greens.

For cake layers:

  • 0.5 kg of beef liver;
  • 1/2 Art. milk;
  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder;
  • salt.

For interlayer:

  • 1 eggplant;
  • 1 ripe tomato;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 Art. peeled walnuts;
  • 100 g of mayonnaise (approximate amount);
  • 150 g of any cheese (spicy varieties preferred);
  • cilantro and parsley.

Cooking:

  1. Bake in the oven or in the microwave eggplant until soft. It is good to press it down - extra juice will flow out, and with it bitterness.
  2. Liver without films cut into large chunks.
  3. The liver needs to be crushed in a blender, food processor or meat grinder. At the end of the process add and chop the onion. But you can just chop it with a knife.
  4. Pour into the liver mass of milk and eggs.
  5. Add flour, add salt and baking powder. Mix well again. The dough should be uniform and thick in texture like sour cream. Put it in the cold and start cooking the filling.
  6. With baked eggplant to remove the skin. To facilitate this process, you can pour it with boiling water. Finely chop the vegetable.
  7. Grind nuts. This is easy to do with a dough rolling pin. To do this, pour the nuts on a large board and roll them with a rolling pin, occasionally raking them to the center in a pile. Add chopped greens to chopped nuts and mix with mayonnaise.
  8. From the resulting dough bake pancakes of small diameter.
  9. For each baked cake lay out part of the filling. Cover the top layer and sides with mayonnaise and decorate with greens and nuts. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  10. Put the cake in the cold to set and soak for at least half an hour.
