If you suddenly wanted something tasty, you can arrange a mini-holiday, spending a minimum of time and effort. To do this, you will need a cooker, in which you can cook any kind of dishes. One of these dishes is banana pie.

Composition:

  1. Banana - 2 pcs.
  2. Flour - 300 g
  3. Butter - 100 g
  4. Granulated sugar - 200 g
  5. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  6. Vanillin - 1 tsp.
  7. Soda - 1 tsp.
  8. Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  9. Walnuts - 0.5 st.

Cooking:

  • Mash bananas with a fork.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat or in a microwave (see that the butter does not burn). Pour the melted butter into a deep bowl, add sugar, eggs and vanillin. It is necessary to gently whisk the mass with a whisk.
  • Add sour cream and mix again.
  • Mix soda, salt and flour. Pour mixture into smetannoy mass.
  • In the finished dough, add chopped walnuts and banana puree. Stir.
  • Grease the multicooker saucepan with butter.
