Today, there are a lot of various recipes for cooking delicious ham, because you can not only bake it in the oven, but also cook it in the sleeve, in a frying pan or in a slow cooker.

  • Turkey - 1.2-1.4 kg

  • Ground black pepper to taste

  • Paprika - 2 pinches
  • Ground basil - 2-3 pinches
  • Coriander (grains) - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Preparing a pork in the oven in foil is very simple. First you need to rinse the meat well and remove the fat, film, tendons.
  2. Pour water (1 l.) Into a clean bowl and add salt (4 tbsp.), Stir well, until the crystals dissolve.
  3. Meat is laid out in a ready-made salt solution and left for several hours.
  4. After a specified period of time, you need to drain the salt water and rinse the meat with clean water, then dry with a paper napkin.
  5. Peeled garlic and cut into thin longitudinal plates.
  6. In a separate bowl, all the spices are mixed (taken about 1 tsp. Each), and red pepper will need a little bit (at the tip of the knife), mustard oil is added - all the components are well mixed.
  7. Several not very deep cuts are made on a turkey (about 3 cm) and garlic plates are placed in the holes. Then all the meat is richly coated with marinade.
  8. The turkey is transferred to a deep saucepan and covered with a lid, placed in the refrigerator for a day so that the meat is well marinated.
  9. After a day the meat is wrapped in a layer of foil and laid out in a refractory form.
  10. Meat is placed in an oven heated to 250 degrees and cooked for 35 minutes. Do not keep the turkey longer, otherwise the meat will become too dry.
  11. Approximately 10 minutes before the end of cooking, you must carefully remove the foil so as not to burn yourself and the meat is placed in the oven again so that a delicious crust appears.
  12. After 35 minutes the oven is turned off and the baked ham is left in it until it cools completely.
  13. Ready boiled pork is shifted to a dish decorated with greens, cut into thin slices and can be served.

  • Beef tenderloin - 800-900 g
  • Salt fine - 1-2 pinches
  • Garlic - 4-6 teeth
  • Chili Pepper - 1 Pinch

Cooking:

  1. Beef is cleaned, tendons are removed, then dried with napkins.
  2. Salt mixed with spices. If desired, you can add any spices.

  • Spices and seasonings for meat - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Meat is prepared - streaks are removed, washed and dried with a paper towel. Then rubbed with seasoning (you can choose your own taste).
  2. Garlic is peeled and cut into thin longitudinal plates.
  3. Thin straw is cut fat.
  4. In the prepared meat, not very deep cuts are made, into which pieces of fat, boned in a mixture of salt and pepper, are inserted, and so that it does not fall out during cooking, are closed with garlic cloves.

  6. After the specified time, the meat is placed in a baking mold lubricated in advance with butter. Then water is poured, then the form is placed in a preheated oven.
  7. Cooked boiled pork for several hours (the cooking time is determined based on the size of the taken piece of meat and the power of the oven).
  8. During cooking, the meat must sometimes be watered with the resulting juice, and, if necessary, periodically pour water.
  9. Finished baked ham can be served as a cold snack, cut into thin strips and laid on fresh green leaves. Perfectly combines meat with any vegetables.
