One of the original, original and classic delicacies of our country are bagels.

Composition:

  1. Ready-made bagels (not sweet) - 350 g
  2. Milk - for soaking.
  3. Minced meat (beef, pork) - 450 g
  4. Onions - 1 head
  5. Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
  6. Hard cheese - 200 g
  7. Vegetable oil - for frying
  8. Salt, black pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  • Grind the onion, mix with minced meat, salt and pepper.
  • Heat the milk, remove from the heat and soak the bagels in it for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Put the blanks on a plate, roll up minced balls about 2 cm in diameter and put them in holes in bagels, pressing them with your finger.
  • Beat egg with a pinch of salt. In a heated pan in vegetable oil, fry the stuffed bagels, pre-dipping them in an egg.
  • Grate cheese. Prepare a baking sheet, smearing it with vegetable oil and put bagels on it, sprinkling cheese on top.
  • Bake everything in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Such a dish turns out very tasty both hot and cold!

  1. Condensed milk - 1 can
  2. Chicken Egg - 3 pcs.
  3. Soda - ½ tsp

  2. Carrots - 1 pc.
  3. Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
  4. Onion - 1 pc.
  5. Milk - 100 ml
  6. Cheese - 100 g
  7. Cream - 2 tbsp.
  8. Salt, black pepper, greens - to taste
  9. Vegetable oil - for greasing baking sheet
  10. Ready made bagels - 25 pcs.

Cooking:

  • Heat the milk and put the bagels there, they should not soften! As soon as they swell on both sides, they need to be pulled out.
  • Grease baking sheet with vegetable oil and put sodden bagels on it.
  • Cut the fillet into small pieces, add herbs, pepper, salt, pour in a little cream.
  • Using a teaspoon, gently put the stuffing in the center of each bagel, you can add a little ketchup on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a baking tray in it for half an hour.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the dish and sprinkle the bagels grated on a coarse grater with cheese, and then put everything back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Another common filling for bagels - poppy, it is added to the dough, and sprinkled with pastry on top. It turns out very tasty!

  2. Milk - 150 ml
  3. Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
  4. Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  5. Butter - 75 g
  6. Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  7. Food poppy - for sprinkling
  8. Sugar - sand - 75 g

Cooking:

  • Milk heat and dilute the yeast in it.
  • Add eggs, melted butter, sugar, salt. Mix everything thoroughly using a mixer, add flour and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
  • Take out the dough, it should increase 2 times, cut a small piece out of it, roll up the ball, make a small hole inside and stretch it gently.
  • Line baking paper on a baking sheet and place bagels on top of it. Cover all with a towel and leave for 40 minutes so that they still rise. It is advisable at this time to avoid the formation of drafts. Then smear the top of the baking with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. It is necessary to bake about 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
