Sauna masks and scrubs

Everyone has long known that body skin and hair care treatments are much more effective when they are done in a sauna. Sauna is just an ideal product for our skin - pores open under the influence of hot air, slags and toxins are removed from the skin, the inner layers of the skin begin to breathe freely, the body is relaxed, the skin is ready for beneficial procedures and absorption of nutrients. What scrubs are useful in the sauna

Properly selected scrub cleanses and rejuvenates the skin. Honey is especially popular in the sauna - it is added to scrubs and masks, or applied on the skin separately.

Honey Cinnamon Scrub: honey and cinnamon are taken in a 2: 1 ratio, then the body is rubbed with intensive massage movements, paying special attention to elbows, knees, ankles and other places with rougher skin. For ingredients in masks take: milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, kiwi, bananas, cucumbers, melons, apples and other fruits and vegetables.
