Cooking:

  1. Cut the washed and, if necessary, peeled zucchini rings.
  2. Remove the pulp with a spoon, leaving a little at the bottom.
  3. For the filling, grind the peeled onions and mix with the stuffing until smooth.
  4. Stuff zucchini, gently applying the contents of a spoon.
  5. Pour some oil into the bowl of the multicooker.
  6. Put stuffed zucchini.
  7. Put on the "Baking" mode and cook for 50 minutes.
  8. A few minutes before the dish is ready, put a small slice of cheese on each ring.
  9. When the multicooker signal sounds, the squash will be ready.

  • several squash;
  • minced chicken or turkey meat - 0.3 kg;
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • a little bit of cheese;
  • parsley;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • dill;
  • black pepper;
  • salt;
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Cheese coarsely grate.
  2. Shred greens.
  3. Chop the garlic and add to the stuffing along with the greens. Put half of the prepared cheese here.
  4. Put salt and pepper in the filling.
  5. Zucchini well washed and cut into pieces.
  6. Take out the middle of each part.
  7. Salt the flesh of zucchini and stuff the rings.
  8. Make tomato sauce from tomato paste and sour cream.
  9. At the bottom of the bowl of the multicooker put zucchini rings and pour them over the sauce.
  10. Put the slow cooker on the program "Quenching" and cook 40 minutes.
  11. Remove the bowl, sprinkle with zucchini cheese and put back for 10 minutes.
  12. After 10 minutes the dish is ready.

  4. Wash mushrooms, dry on a paper towel, chop.
  5. Add the mushrooms to the onions and carrots and fry until the mushrooms give out all their juice.
  6. Pulp zucchini, which was previously removed, cut into pieces and add to the mushrooms. Simmer a few more minutes.
  7. Remove stewed vegetables with mushrooms from the bowl, mix with sour cream, add salt, pepper, cheese.
  8. Mix all the ingredients of the filling well and stuff the squash.
  9. Put the squash-boats into a slow cooker and turn on the Quenching program. Cook for 20 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped greens before serving.

  • rice - 100 g;
  • cream and sour cream - 0.1 l;
  • minced meat - 0.4 kg;

Cooking:

  1. Peel zucchini and cut into thick rings.
  2. Get the pulp out of the rings so that they look like kegs.
  3. Make the stuffing, for which mix the minced meat, boiled rice, spices, salt.
  4. Stuff zucchini.
  5. Stir sour cream and tomato paste. It is better not to add cream immediately, otherwise the sauce will be patchy.
  6. Gradually add the sauce to the cream, salt and pepper.
  7. Put zucchini in a slow cooker and pour over the prepared sauce.
  8. Select the program "Quenching" and put on 40 minutes. If the zucchini is too old, you can increase the time to an hour.
  9. Serve sauce watered.

  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • a little bit of cheese;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt;
  • spice.

Cooking:

  1. Peel zucchini, cut it across and take out the middle part. If the pulp was without seeds, you can chop it and add to the stuffing.
  2. Boiled rice mix with minced meat, add salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff cups of zucchini.
  4. Tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper and garlic grind in a blender.
  5. Mix sour cream and flour, add to tomato sauce.
