Solyanka is one of the traditional dishes of Russian cuisine. Solyanka is cooked in fish, mushroom or meat broth with hot spices.

Usually, pickles or capers, lemon and olives are added to the hodgepodge. Roasted meat of different types is added to meat solyanka: corned beef, smoked meat, boiled meat, sausages. In the hodgepodge add fish of different varieties: smoked, salted, boiled. In all solyanka many spices: parsley, dill and other spices.

Composition:

  • Salted cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Meat broth - 2 l
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
  • Black olives (olives) - 1/2 b.
  • Meat platter - 400 g
  • Spices - to taste
  • Lemon
  • Sunflower oil

Cooking:

  1. Boil the pork steak. To do this, put a piece of pork in a slow cooker, add water and cook in quenching mode for about 2 hours.
  2. Take out the meat and strain the broth.
  3. Peel the onions and carrots. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, onions - cut into cubes. Vegetables are laid out on the pan, tomato paste is added and stewed for 7 minutes.
  4. To stewed vegetables, add olives and pickled cucumbers, diced. Stir, cover and simmer until tender.
  5. Prepare cold cuts: boiled pork from broth, smoked sausage, smoked chicken, sausages. Cut everything into strips or cubes.
  6. Ready meat platter put in a pan multicooker, pour strained broth and add steamed vegetables. It is also possible for the spice to add 1 cup of pickle from pickles. Add spices to taste, greens and bay leaves.
  7. Salsola served to the table with sour cream, olives, lemon slices and finely chopped greens.

Composition:

  • White cabbage - 1 pc.
  • Red onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
  • Beef - 250 g
  • Smoked Chicken Breast - 250 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste
  • Allspice - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Heat a frying pan, add sunflower oil.
  2. Peel and grate carrots, cut onions into cubes. Put in the pan. Fry the vegetables for 15 minutes with the lid open.
  3. Cook beef broth, strain it.
  4. Dice the chicken breast and place it in the multicooker bowl. Set the slow cooker mode to “roasting” for 20 minutes and fry the chicken with the lid open. Then put the slow cooker on the "quenching" mode for another 20 minutes.
  5. To the finished chicken, add salt, pepper, garlic, tomato paste, fried vegetables, cabbage, spices, boiled beef cubes and pour broth. Put the slow cooker in the "quenching" mode for 2 hours. Prepared with the lid closed.
  6. After half an hour, open the lid and stir. Solyanka is ready!

Composition:

  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Salted cucumbers - 3 pcs.
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
  • Cucumber pickle - 100 g
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Cold cuts - boiled pork, ham, smoked ham, hunting sausages, Krakow sausage
  • Bay leaf
  • Olives
  • Pepper - 5 pcs.
  • Lemon

Cooking:

  1. Cut the Krakow sausage, put it in the multicooker bowl and, in baking mode, bake it for 20 minutes until the fat has evaporated.
  2. Chop carrots and onions, add to sausage and fry. Add diced cucumbers and one tomato, tomato paste. Fry for three minutes.
  3. Put potatoes and meat, diced and pepper in a crock-pot. Pour in the brine to taste from olives and olives and boiled water. Put the program of "multivarki" on "quenching" and cook for 3 hours.
  4. 5 minutes before serving, add greens and bay leaf. Solyanka can be decorated with slices of tomatoes, lemon slices and olives.
