  1. Flour - 500 g

  3. Water - 250 ml

  • Sift the flour with salt. Melt 75 g of butter, leave the rest of the oil in the refrigerator.
  • Gently pour water, melted butter into the flour and knead the dough. Put the dough on a floured surface and knead for 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the fridge for 40 minutes. Cold oil break a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm.
  • Make a deep cross-cut on the dough and open it like a flower. Dough petals roll out as thin as possible.
  • Place the butter in the center of the dough and fold the petals in an envelope. The oil should be completely covered with dough.
  • Dust the mass with flour, roll it off with a rolling pin and roll it into a rectangle of the same thickness (in the 1st direction).
  • Fold the rectangle three times, repulse it again, press the edges together, sprinkle with flour and roll it again in the 1st direction.
  • Fold the dough 3 times and roll again. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour. Repeat the operation 2 times.
  • The finished dough can be made with a margin and frozen to use for further preparation of various baking.

  1. Potatoes - 5 pcs.
  2. Butter - 70 g
  3. Hard cheese - 150 g
  4. Flour - 150 g
  5. Egg - 1 pc.

  • Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, place the squares on the baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Composition:

  1. Puff pastry - 0.5 kg
  2. Apples - 7 pcs.
  3. Vanilla sugar - 10 g
  4. Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  5. Starch - 1 tbsp.
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  7. Egg yolk - 1 pc.
  8. Apple juice - 1 tbsp.
  9. Sugar powder - 2 tbsp.

Cooking:

  • Peel the apples from the peel and the core, cut into small cubes and fold into a saucepan. Pour lemon cubes over apple cubes, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and set on a small fire.
  • Simmer the apples until they make juice. Add starch, mix and remove from heat.

  • Mix the icing sugar with apple juice and set on fire. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for a few minutes. Brush the finished hot puffs with apple syrup.

  1. Puff pastry - 500 g
  2. Ground beef -300 g
  3. Onions - 1 pc.
  4. Mushrooms - 200 g
  5. Garlic - 3 cloves
  6. Hot sauce - 2 tbsp.
  7. Olive oil
  8. Kumin - 1 tsp.
  9. Oregano - ½ tsp
  10. Paprika - 1 tsp
  11. Egg - 1 pc.
  12. Salt and pepper to taste
  13. Beef broth - 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking:

  • Thaw the dough. Fry the ground beef in olive oil.
  • Peel the onions, chop them finely. Garlic mince.
  • Add onion, garlic and mushrooms to the mince. Fry the ingredients until golden onions.
  • Add hot sauce, herbs and spices. Pour in beef broth. Prepare the filling until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into circles. In the center of each circle lay 1 tbsp. roasted minced meat and tweak the edges of the puff.
  • Grease the surface with a beaten egg, put on a greased baking sheet. Heat the oven to 190 degrees, put a pan with puffs and bake for 20 minutes.
