  • I know this recipe since childhood, I have been making such pancakes for a long time. Half a liter of milk should be heated on the stove, do not bring to a boil. Beat the egg, pour into the milk and whisk well. We pour two tablespoons of sugar in the same place, do not overdo it with sugar, otherwise the dough will stick to the pan. Add a pinch of salt, half a spoon of soda, and then mix the flour, and be sure to sift the flour is necessary, from this it "begins to breathe." The dough we get is thin and slightly viscous, so that it slides easily over the pan.
  • The dough is ready, and now we choose the right pan - with a thick bottom, of medium diameter. Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil, thoroughly heat the pan and pour the first pancake. It will come out the fattest, the fattest, you don’t have to get upset, because as the proverb says: the first pancake is a lump. Then you can not pour the oil, pancakes are not so fat, with golden holes in the lumen. Each pancake grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar.

A very good recipe for pancakes with filling: here and the dough is not torn, and juicy pancakes are obtained. For such a recipe, put three eggs, three tablespoons of sugar, one teaspoon of soda and one teaspoon of salt in a saucepan, mix this mass well and pour half a liter of warm boiled water. Beat all the mixer. Fifteen tablespoons of flour, sift and add a little bit to the dough, and when a homogeneous mass is obtained, pour in another three tablespoons of vegetable oil.

When warmed up the pan, pour in the vegetable oil and bake a pancake. It is not necessary to fry them much: as they dried out, you need to shoot. Constantly add a little oil for each pancake, so they will not be torn and stick to the pan. When we bake a stack of pancakes, we are busy filling. For the filling will fit both champignons with chicken, and oyster mushrooms with beef. Meat grams 300-400 boil, twist. Mushrooms 200-300 g with onions finely chopped and fry, only briefly, let them be juicy. Cool meat and mushrooms, mix well and put on each pancake. Fold the pancakes with an envelope and lay it seam down on the pan, brown it, and when turned upside down you can sprinkle with cheese. Beautifully lay pancakes on a plate and decorate with a sprig of dill.

  • Pancakes with apples will appeal to connoisseurs of charlottes, and the delicate aroma of cinnamon will fill the winter days with comfort and warmth. Already imagined such a pie? Then do it! We take 500 grams of apples, it is better sweet-sour, we wash, we clean, we cut thinly into strips or cubes. To keep the apples dark, sprinkle them with lemon juice. We wash well 100 g of raisins (the taste will be more refined with light raisins), soaked in warm water for 10-15 minutes, and then we dry it on a napkin.
  • Cooking 9-11 sweet pancakes according to the classic recipe (0.5 liters of milk, 1-2 eggs, salt, sugar, soda, flour).
  • Raisin with apples mix, add sugar. Grease the pan with butter and spread the sweet mass there. Simmer for 4-6 minutes, you can add a little water. Apples should go limp, but remain firm. We take out the apples from the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Now we grease a baking dish with butter, put pancake on the bottom, apples on top, you can also have banana circles (for such a cake you will need two three bananas). Thus, we collect our cake, put the pancake without the filling up and press it so that everything is tamped down. Cover the mold with foil, put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, at a temperature of 200C.
  • Next, beat 1 egg white and 2 tablespoons of sugar to a thick foam. And 5 minutes before readiness we cover our cake with this foam. Then we set to do another 7-8 minutes.
  • We take out our pancake cake with a golden crust and the marvelous aroma of cinnamon and most likely call everyone to the table!
