  • First of all, it is important to choose the right product: it is recommended to give preference to fresh, not frozen liver.

  • Pork liver must be put in boiling water for at least 20 minutes.
  • To make the liver tasty and not bitter, it must first be soaked in milk for an hour.
  • If there is no milk, each piece of liver can be lightly tapped with baking soda and left for an hour, and then rinsed.

  • 200 g sour cream;

  1. Prepare the liver in a manner already known to us and cut into portions.
  2. Peel and chop the onion in half rings, and finely rub the cheese.

If you want to get a full-fledged second dish, you can cook the liver with potatoes in sour cream. A slow cooker will greatly facilitate our cooking process.

  • 5-6 large potatoes;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • onion head;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 1 carrot;
  • spice mix and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare the liver and clean the vegetables, cut them into small cubes.
  2. In a multi bowl pour the butter and lay out the carrots and onions. We set the mode "Frying" and lightly fry the vegetables. Then add the liver and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Now, in a multi-bowl, lay out the potatoes, season the dish with a mixture of spices and salt, stir and fry for a few more minutes.
  4. We spread the sour cream and put out on the multicooker mode "Quenching". Cook for 45-50 minutes. Cooking time depends on the model of your multicooker.
