Green pickled tomatoes stuffed with garlic
Composition:
- Green tomatoes - 2 kg
- Garlic - by the number of tomatoes
- Dill - optional
The composition of the marinade:
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 3 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Vinegar 9% - 70 g
- Bay leaf - 1 pc
- Dill beans - 1 tsp.
Cooking:
- For the preparation of this particular recipe you will need small green tomatoes. Wash them and make a small cut in each tomato. Put the garlic clove in this cut.
- In a cooked jars, lower a few sprigs of dill, and then stuffed tomatoes with garlic. Prepare the brine in proportion to 1 liter of water, salt 3 tsp., Sugar 1 tbsp. l., 70 g of 9% vinegar, 1 bay leaf, dill in grains. Bring it to a boil and pour cans of tomatoes.
- You can also add celery to the marinade. Ready tomatoes can not be sterilized.
Spicy green tomatoes stuffed with garlic
Composition:
- Green tomatoes - 3 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg

The composition of the marinade:
- Water - 4 l
- Salt - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Black Pepper - 6 Peas
- Carnation - 3 Pea
- Vinegar - 0.5 tbsp.
Cooking:
- Before preparing this recipe, sterilize the jars for 4-5 minutes. Wash the tomatoes and then lightly cut them in half, if they are small and crosswise, if they are large.
- Wash, peel carrots and garlic. Dice the carrots into 2 cm cubes, cut each clove of garlic into 10 pieces. Then start stuffing the tomatoes. To do this, insert 2 cuts of carrot and 3 garlic into the cuts.
- Tomatoes put in jars, pour boiling water. After 15 minutes, pour the water into the pan, measure the volume of liquid.
- Now you need to cook the marinade. To do this, you will need water - 4 liters, half table sugar, salt 3 tbsp. l., allspice 3 peas, black - 6 peas, 3 peas cloves. When the marinade boils, fill them with tomatoes. Leave them for 10 minutes, then drain the marinade and let it boil again.
- Then pour 0.5 cups of vinegar, stir everything and pour the tomatoes on the marinade.
- Lids pre-boil, and roll up the banks. Then turn the jars and cover with a blanket.
- You can try the cooked delicacy in 7 weeks.
Garlic Stuffed Green Tomatoes Hello Autumn
Composition:
- Green tomatoes - 4 kg
- Garlic - 6 pcs
- Horseradish leaves - 2 pcs
- Horseradish root - 100 g
- Onions - 2 pcs
- Currants leaves - 15 pieces
- Water - 3 L
- Dill umbrella - 4 pieces
- Bitter red pepper - 4 pcs
- Salt - 100 g
Cooking:
- In tomatoes, cut the sidewall and put 2 cloves of garlic.

- Green tomatoes - 1 kg

- Sunflower unrefined oil - 50 g

Cooking:

- Green tomatoes - 2 kg

- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 1 tbsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Vinegar - 0.5 tbsp.
Cooking:
- Take 1 liter of water, sugar, 1 cup, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt, dill, horseradish, parsley and 0.5 cups of vinegar - cook marinade.
- In the tomatoes, make cuts in 3 places. Cut the garlic thinly and add to the cuts.
- Putting the tomatoes in the banks, pour the hot marinade.
- Turn closed jars down with a lid and cover with a blanket until it cools down.
Amateur green tomatoes stuffed with garlic
Composition:
- Green tomatoes - 2 kg
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Carrots - 4 pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs
- Onions - 2 heads
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 1 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Vinegar - 0.5 tbsp.
Cooking:
- Green tomatoes, garlic, parsley, carrots, Bulgarian pepper, onions, wash and peel. Mince garlic, pepper, carrots and greens through a meat grinder. Then mix and salt. You make vegetable mince.
- Dip the tomatoes in boiling water, blanch and cool.
- Cut the onion.
- Sterilize the jars.

- Vinegar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 can of 2 tbsp.
Cooking:
