  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. (400 ml)
  • Salt - 100 g
  • Greens - 4 bunches
  • Pepper bitter capsicum - 300-400 g
  • Vinegar (6%) - 200 g

Cooking:

  1. Wash and cook the vegetables. Cut green tomatoes into circles, Bulgarian pepper into thin strips, chop the garlic with a knife or garlic press. Wash and chop greens (parsley, dill).
  2. Now you need to cook the marinade. To do this, take the red tomatoes (tomatoes), vegetable oil, salt, sugar and vinegar.
  3. All ingredients for marinade mix in a saucepan. Put on the fire and bring to a boil.
  4. In the ready marinade add chopped vegetables. We boil about 15 more minutes, not forgetting to stir!
