Composition:

  1. Pink salmon - 500 g
  2. Onion - 2 pcs
  3. Bulgarian sweet pepper - 1 pc
  4. Mushrooms (it is best to take mushrooms) - 250 g
  5. Cream - 100 g
  6. Cheese - 150 g
  7. Salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:

Clean the fish thoroughly, remove the intestines and head, thoroughly wash the carcass and cut into pieces. We put the fish in a baking dish, salt, sprinkle with pepper. On top of the fish lay out the onion in half rings, again add a little. The next layer - thin rings of sweet pepper, again add. Put mushrooms (not raw) on top of the pepper, salt it again. Then pour all the cream and set for fifteen minutes in an oven heated to two hundred degrees. At the end of this time, we take out the form, sprinkle with grated cheese, put in the oven for another ten minutes.

It turns out very tasty fish covered with a golden cheese crust.

Baked fish with cream and broccoli

Composition:

  1. White fish fillet - 500 g
  2. Butter - 10 g
  3. Cauliflower - 150 g
  4. Broccoli - 150 g
  5. Cream - 200 ml
  6. Frozen green peas - 100 g
  7. Salt - ½ tsp
  8. Ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife

Cooking:

The baking dish should be greased with a piece of butter, put the fish fillet on the form, put cauliflower and broccoli on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then pour the cream, put frozen peas on top and put everything in the oven, heated to two hundred degrees, for half an hour.

Fish in cream, cooked in a deep pan

Composition:

  1. Salmon - 1 pc
  2. Carrots - 3 pieces
  3. Onion - 1 pc
  4. Cream - 300 ml
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Seasoning for fish - to taste

Cooking:

Carrots cut into thin slices, onions - half rings. Mix everything and fry in a frying pan in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil. Fish clean, wash, cut into pieces, about two centimeters thick (like a steak), salt them, sprinkle with pepper. Then put the fish on top of the fried vegetables, sprinkle with seasoning for fish, pour cream and simmer on medium heat for about twenty-five minutes.

The fish is very beautiful, in a gravy of orange.
