Fish cake puff pastry

Salmon Pie with Puff Pastry

Composition:

  1. Salmon fillet - 650 g
  2. Butter - 65 g
  3. Lemon - 1 pc
  4. Green - 2 tbsp.
  5. Dough - 350 g
  6. 1 chicken eggs
  7. Tomato - 1 pc
  8. Champignons - 5 pcs
  9. Dried basil - 1 tbsp.
  10. Salt pepper

Cooking:

  • Oven set to heat up to 200 degrees. Fish fillet carefully rubbed with salt and pepper. With lemon, collect the zest, rub it in a grater. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon into fish and let it brew.
  • Butter mix with lemon zest, basil, herbs and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, mix everything thoroughly.
  • Mushrooms are very finely chopped, put them in a frying pan and quickly fry until light rosy. On a layer of dough lay out the fish fillet, spread on top of the pieces of softened butter, on top lay out the mushrooms and chopped tomatoes.
  • Next, we wrap everything up or cover with a second layer of dough, as it will. We smear the edges with a beaten egg and carefully pinch it, excluding the possibility of hole formation.
  • Grease the top of the cake with the remnants of a beaten egg, make several small cuts to allow steam to escape. We spread the cake on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until a brown crust appears.

Fish and rice puff pastry cake

Composition:

  1. Puff pastry - 1 piece
  2. White fish fillet - 600 g
  3. Bulbs - 4 pieces
  4. Rice - 100 g
  5. Flour - 1 tbsp.
  6. Parsley - 1 bunch
  7. Yolk - 1 pc
  8. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  9. Salt pepper

Cooking:

  • Bring water to a boil, add salt, boil rice in it, cool. Fish fillet cut, salt and pepper. Chop onion finely, fry. At the end of frying add flour to the onion. Parsley finely chopped.
  • Separate a small piece from the dough, and set it aside, it will be needed in order to make a grid for the cake. Roll out most of the dough and spread on a baking sheet.
  • Put the ingredients on the dough in the following order: first rice. Then half of the fish fillet, cut into pieces, half the volume of finely chopped parsley, half of the fried onion, then again fish, parsley and onion. From the smaller part of the dough we make a grate
  • Yolk mix with 1 tsp. water, this mixture lubricates the top of the cake. Let the cake stand for 10 minutes, then put in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.

Pie with canned fish puff pastry

Composition:

  1. Puff pastry - 1 piece
  2. Canned fish - 2 cans
  3. Onion - 1 pc
  4. Potato - 2 pcs
  5. Chees Feta

Cooking:

  • Put 1 layer of dough, lay on it pre-mashed canned fish fork. Finely chop the onion and fry, place the fish on top of the cake.
  • Boil the potatoes until fully cooked and grate on a coarse grater, spread on top of the onion. The top layer is Feta cheese, spread evenly.
  • Cover the cake with the second layer of dough, lubricate the top with a beaten egg, and set in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Pie with canned fish and bell pepper puff pastry

Composition:

  1. Puff pastry - 1 kg
  2. Canned fish in its own juice- 2 banks
  3. Cooked rice - 200 g
  4. Eggs - 1 pc
  5. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc
  6. Greens to taste
  7. Onion - 1 pc
  8. Sunflower oil - 50-80 g
  9. Egg yolk - 1 pc
  10. Pepper, salt

Cooking:

  • Finely chop the onion and fry, then add the chopped bell pepper to the same place, fry everything until soft, cool it.
  • Drain liquid from canned fish, knead it, add boiled rice, greens and fry. Sprinkle the mixture, pepper, hammer the egg and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Roll the dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick. Divide the dough into two unequal parts - the smaller one will be for the mesh on the cake. Most of the spread on a lightly moistened tray, put the stuffing on top, cover with sunflower oil. From the smaller part of the body, cut the stripes, make a mesh, grease it with yolk.
  • Bake the cake at 200 degrees until ready.

Fish pie is a very tasty and rich dish. It can be beautiful substitute sandwiches, and also be substitute sweets for tea.
