A chicken in the sleeve is a great addition to a family or holiday dinner. This dish can be served with any side dish. The cooking process does not take much time and causes almost no trouble. It is enough to pickle the chicken correctly, put it in a roasting sleeve, tie the edges of the bag and send it to the oven.

How to cook juicy chicken in the sleeve?

Composition:

  1. Chicken - 2 kg
  2. Potatoes - 7 pcs.
  3. Garlic - 7 cloves
  4. Mayonnaise - to taste
  5. Salt and red pepper - to taste
  6. Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  • Mix salt, red pepper and vegetable oil. Peel the garlic, pass through the press and add half of the garlic to the oily mixture. Rub the chicken with the mixture and leave to marinate for 20-25 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. Add mayonnaise to potatoes, salt and mix. Put the remaining garlic.
  • Place the pickled chicken and potatoes in the baking sleeve. In the oven preheated to 180 degrees, place the sleeve with the chicken and bake for 1.5 hours. You will not have to add a side dish to this dish, as it will be cooked in the same sleeve.

Composition:

  1. Chicken - 2 kg
  2. Chanterelles or champignons - 400 g
  3. Rice - 200 g
  4. Onions - 1 pc.
  5. Carrots - 1 pc.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Condiments to taste
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking:

  • Cut the chicken back and remove the bones, leaving them only in the wings and legs. Secure with toothpicks, but leave a small hole for the filling.
  • Wash the mushrooms. Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, rub the carrot on a coarse grater. Fry everything in vegetable oil.
  • Boil rice until tender and add to the mushroom mass. Stuff the chicken with the prepared mass and secure the seam. Legs tie with twine.
  • Put the chicken in the sleeve for baking, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time 1 - 1.5 hours

Pineapple Chicken Wings

Composition:

  1. Chicken wings - 15 pcs.
  2. Canned pineapples - 1 bank
  3. Pineapple syrup - 200 ml
  4. Vegetable oil - 200 ml
  5. Apple Cider Vinegar - 150 ml
  6. Water - 50 ml
  7. Honey - 4 tsp.
  8. Garlic - 5 cloves
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Dried herbs - to taste

Cooking:

  • Cook the marinade first. In a separate bowl, mix pineapple syrup, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, water, honey, salt, pepper and herbs. Peel the garlic and pass it through the press. Add to the marinade.
  • Put the marinade on the fire and heat a little, not boiling. Wash chicken wings thoroughly, rinse under running water, remove feathers (if any) and pat dry. Pour the marinade over the wings so that it completely covers them. Cover the bowl with the wings and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Open a jar of pineapples, drain the juice. Cut pineapples into slices.
  • To fit all the wings, you will need 3 sleeves. In each stack 5 wings, slices of pineapple and pour marinade. Close the sleeves and make one puncture in each side of the bags.
  • Put the sleeves with wings on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time - 1 hour
  • The finished wings are laid out on a large platter and watered with marinade. Stewed vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat, vegetable salads or macaroni are ideal as a side dish.

  1. Chicken - 3 kg
  2. Onions - 2 pcs.
  3. Garlic - 5 cloves
  4. Banana - 1 pc.
  5. Apples - 6 pcs.
  6. Red wine - 5 tbsp. l
  7. Lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l
  8. Honey - 3 tbsp. l
  9. Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l
  10. Salt and spices - to taste

Cooking:

  • Clean the chicken, rinse and dry. Snip in several places. Rub the chicken with salt and spices.
  • When the carcass is ready, you can start preparing the filling. Slice the apples into large slices and remove the core. Banana peel and cut into slices. Onions chop half rings. Pass the garlic through the press. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt, wine and soy sauce.
  • Fill the chicken with the prepared mixture and fix the seams with toothpicks or sew with threads. Cover the chicken with honey and put it in the sleeve. Pierce the sleeve with a toothpick and seal the edges.
  • Send the chicken in the sleeve to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. The finished bird is poured with lemon juice and served to the table.

Composition:

  1. Chicken legs - 12 pcs.
  2. Mayonnaise - 200 g
  3. Hard cheese - 250 g
  4. Garlic - 7 cloves
  5. Salt and spices - to taste;
  6. Greens - to taste.

Cooking:

  • Rinse the chicken legs, dry them and place in a deep container. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, skip the garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise. Chop the greens finely. Add salt, spices and chopped greens to the mass. All mix until smooth.
  • Rub the legs with mayonnaise mixture, put in the fridge for 1 hour. Put the pickled legs into the sleeve, tie it up and pierce it with a toothpick.
  • Put the sleeve on a baking sheet, put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 50 minutes. 10 minutes before the readiness, tear the sleeve so that the chicken is covered with a ruddy crust. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.

Chicken baked in the sleeve, can diversify any table. It is easy to cook it whole or in pieces, add potatoes, vegetables or rice, as well as any other stuffing. The chicken in the sleeve is cooked much faster than just in the oven, which saves a lot of time and effort.
