Curd pudding is basically the same thing as curd casserole. Only pudding has cool tenderness and not so rich taste. You can cook cheese puddings with different fruits, berries, adding chocolate or condensed milk. The best part about cooking is that preparing pudding is very simple and quick.
Cottage Cheese Pudding with Prunes
- Fat-free cottage cheese - 500 g
- Milk - 600 ml
- Egg yolk - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 100 g
- Prunes - 100 g
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Condensed milk - 2 tbsp.
- First, pour gelatin with two cups of cold milk to make it swell. Rinse prunes in warm water three times and pour boiling water on it, let it stand for 15 minutes, and then drain it.
- Now prepare the custard: mix a glass of milk with sugar, put 2 egg yolks in there, beat everything well and cook on very low heat. Constantly make sure that the cream does not burn and does not begin to boil, otherwise it will turn into an omelet.
- Now put the cottage cheese in a plate, mix it well or whisk with a mixer. Cut the prune into pieces and add to the curd.
- Add milk gelatin to the hot cream to dissolve. Then mix all the blanks and whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Spread the pudding in the bowls or a beautiful salad bowl and put in the fridge so that the dessert froze.
- After a couple of hours, lay out the curd mass, pour the condensed milk on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Of course, you have to tinker with such pudding, but the dessert is worth it.
Curd Pudding with Bananas and Poppy Seeds
This pudding will be a good and healthy breakfast, it is prepared in the microwave very quickly.-
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Egg - 1 pc
- Semolina - 1st.l.
- Sugar - 1st.l.
- Mac - 1 tsp.
- Banana - 1pcs
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Grind cottage cheese with egg and sugar, add lemon zest and blend everything together or mix well. Add the semolina and poppy seeds, as well as shabby banana.
- Put the curd mass in a silicone mold or a conventional container for microwave. Put the pudding for 4-5 minutes. Ready pudding can be poured with jam, sour cream or fruit yogurt.
