Mascarpone is a cream cheese, considered to be Italy (Lombardy region). The time of birth of cheese is the end of the 16th - the beginning of the 17th century. Mascarpone is made from heavy cream, tartaric acid and lemon juice. This cheese is used in the preparation of various desserts: cheesecakes, biscuits, creams, tiramisu, etc.

Simple Mascarpone Cream

Traditional Mascarpone Cake

Composition:

  1. Mascarpone - 300 g
  2. Sugar powder - 1.5 tbsp.
  3. Lemon zest - 3 tbsp.
  4. Lemon juice - ¼ Art.

Cooking:

  • Transfer the mascarpone cheese to the mixer or blender bowl.
  • Whip the cheese at the minimum speed, gently pour the icing sugar.
  • Increase speed to medium and pour out lemon juice.
  • The last ingredient is lemon zest.
  • Beat cream until smooth.
  • The finished mascarpone cream turns out delicious, lush and airy.

Composition:

  1. Butter - 250 g
  2. Mascarpone - 600 g
  3. Sugar powder - 2 tbsp.
  4. Vanillin - ½ tsp.
  5. Salt - ¼ h.

Cooking:

  • Beat the butter in a blender at medium speed into air mass.
  • Slowly pour in the icing sugar, continuing to beat the butter.
  • Add mascarpone, salt and vanillin, continuing to whip the cream, but at minimum speed.
  • The finished cream is ideal for filling pastries, muffins, cake and fresh strawberries.

Mascarpone oil cream

Composition:

  1. Eggs - 4 pcs.
  2. Water - 5 tbsp.
  3. Sugar - 200 g
  4. Flour - 150 g
  5. Starch - 150 g
  6. Baking Powder - 4 tsp.
  7. Coconut shavings - 100 g
  8. Mascarpone - 600 g
  9. Condensed milk - 1 b.
  10. Almond - 150 g

Cooking:

  • In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with water and sugar.
  • Gradually add flour, starch, baking powder and half of the coconut chips.
  • Knead a smooth dough.
  • Cover the baking dish with baking paper, pour the dough, put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake a cake for 30 - 40 minutes.
  • Ready sponge cake cut into 2 cakes.
  • Slowly roast the almonds and chop them in a blender.
  • Mascarpone, beat together with condensed milk in a smooth cream.
  • Lubricate the cake with cream, sprinkle with almonds, and put the second cake on top.
  • Spread the remaining cream on top and level it with a knife.
  • Ready cake put in the fridge at night so that it is soaked.
  • In the morning, sprinkle the finished cake with coconut chips and garnish with almonds.

Traditional Mascarpone Cake

Simple mascarpone cream

Composition:

  1. Water - 250 ml.
  2. Butter - 300 g
  3. Flour - 2 tbsp.
  4. Eggs - 5 pcs.
  5. Salt - ¼ h.
  6. Sour cream - 200 g
  7. Mascarpone - 250 g
  8. Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  9. Nuts - 200 g
  10. Chocolate - 150 g
  11. Any fruit

Cooking:

  • Boil the water, add the butter and boil again.
  • Add flour and salt, knead the dough and cool it.
  • Gently inject one egg, mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a baking dish, put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Cook the cake for 20-30 minutes.
  • While the cake is baked, you can cook the cream.
  • Beat the sour cream with mascarpone and sugar.
  • Prepare the finished cream crust.
  • Grate the chocolate on a fine grater, chop the nuts in a blender.
  • Fruit wash and cut into arbitrary slices.
  • Sprinkle the top of the cake with grated chocolate and nuts, decorate with your favorite fruits.
  • Put the cake in the fridge for at least 6 hours, then serve to the table.

Cherry, Chocolate and Mascarpone Desserts

Composition:

  1. Eggs - 4 pcs.
  2. Sugar - 200 g
  3. Flour - 200 g
  4. Cream 35-% - 300 ml
  5. Mascarpone cheese - 300 g
  6. Sugar powder - 200 g
  7. Pitted Cherry - 250 g
  8. Dark chocolate - 200 g

Cooking:

  • Beat eggs with sugar in a blender to increase in volume up to 4 times.
  • Add flour and knead not thick dough.
  • Grease the baking dish with oil, pour the dough into it and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Willing cake, check with a wooden skewer.
  • If you have a frozen cherry, defrost it.
  • Saturate the finished cake with cherry juice or compote. Spread the cherries on the cake.
  • Now you can start preparing the cream. Whip cream with powdered sugar, add cheese and whisk again until smooth.
  • Put cream on cherry. On a fine grater, rub chocolate and sprinkle it on the cake.

Mascarpone is a gentle cream cheese, originally from Italy. Usually, it is not used in its pure form (in extreme cases, spread on a sandwich instead of butter). Delicious desserts, which can be prepared both for a holiday and on ordinary days, can be made from mascarpones. Especially tasty and easy to prepare cakes, which are so easy to please your family.
