  • Sugar for pouring

Cooking:

  1. Fruits are thoroughly washed in clean water in a colander. Fruits are peeled from the stalk. Prepared berries are laid out on a dry napkin and left for several days. If there is no time for such preparation of raisins, then it can be made in the oven.
  2. After drying the berries, place them in any container and sprinkle with sugar in layers. Top cover with gauze and some cover. Such raisins can be used instead of ordinary raisins from grapes.

  • Irga - 2 tbsp.

Cooking:

  3. Then pour into clean, hot jars, cool and roll.

Cooking:

  1. Fruits are washed and filled with cans, and then poured with sugar syrup. Warm up banks in boiling water. You can simply spread the berries in banks, and pour boiling syrup into ready-made sterilized jars.
  2. Other types of berries can be combined with igra: currant, blackberry, strawberry. What you like, then choose.

  1. Cook the berries irgi. Wash, peel, chop, then heat over low heat, squeeze the juice out of them.
